The TLC star has been busy lifting weights instead of sliding into DMs, and the results are clear to see. Colt has had a major weight loss transformation since the first time he appeared on 90 Day Fianc season 6.
Colts ill-fated and fleeting romance with Larissa, shot the troubled couple to fame in the 90 Day Fianc fan community. The romance that had blossomed online, got Colt to propose within five days of meeting Larissa, and get into a marriage that ended in less than a year. Larissas multiple arrests and Colts threats to have her deported made him an instant villain. And soon, it was Colts cheatingaccusations and sending shady pictures to random women that gave him further notoriety. It was after his stressful separation from Larissa that Colt first started to show signs of self-improvement, and by the time Jess left him, the 90 Day Fianc star invested his free time in losing weight instead. TLC viewers were pretty amused when they saw Colt working out in a play park on a recent episode with his trainer Steve. And these days, Colt has started tagging his gym on social media to show his dedication. Jess might have found a new man for herself, but her 90 Day Fianc ex has found himself a brand new body.

Fans first noticed a slimmed-down Coltee in a photo from his 35th birthday in June, where he posted an Instagram selfie followed by a promotion for his new Cameo account. The 90 Day Fianc celeb flaunted a chiseled jawline and defined cheekbones and received motivating comments such as you look better and from bystanders and followers alike.
While Larissa was undergoing a plastic surgery transformation of her own, Colt, too was continuing his weight loss journey. In an episode of 90 Day Fianc: Happily Ever After?Colt and mom Debbie had flown to Brazil to meet his summer fling Jess and her family. After finally getting some private time with Jess on a beach, Colt had infamously taken his shift off to reveal his skimpy speedo. Colt and his swimsuit got trashed and memed online even though Jess had approved of the look by calling him a sexy boy. Colts doing as the Brazilians do made TLC fans react badly with comments like My eyes cant handle all of this. But the days of ill-fitting speedos are far behind for Colt now as one can see in his photo of him, Debbie, Nick Hogan, and Lana Lea from June.
