Good morning! This is day #9 of A BIG girl #39;s INSANITY weight loss journey, and what a journey it has been thusfar! One of the things I wanted to go over is emotional eating. Whenever we get frustrated, mad, sad or even happy, we tend to grab something to eat, which usually doesn #39;t persist of anything healthy. You have to reinvent the wheel, and find other ways to find comfort. Comfort foods can get us in trouble, and derail our new healthy lifestyles. Try to start new habits, such as going for a jog, crocheting, working on a crossword puzzle, or go get a massage when times get rough. Put your energy into something besides food, or at least give it the best you #39;ve got! 🙂
