For Jennifer Aydin, getting a "mommy makeover" is serious businessand she's taking along every step of the way as she revamps after having five children. The Real Housewives of New Jersey beauty has made no secret of her steps to change her body that includedher dramatic weight loss, a breast reduction and lift, and even a painful PRP treatment to aide traction hair loss caused by extensions and high ponytails. Now, Jennifer turned to her plastic surgeon husband Dr. Bill Aydin for a tummy tuck to tackle issues related to dropping so many dress sizes (and of course, after having five children). And in typical Jennifer fashion, she is sharing every last detail of her journeyincluding, "The good, the bad, and the pee!"
On November 25, Jennifer posted a video and a few behind-the-scenes snapsto Instagram explaining her decision to go under the knife once again. "Ive decided to let you guys in on a personal decision that Ive been contemplating with ever since I had my fifth child. A tummy tuck," she wrote in her caption."It wasnt an easy decision. To be honest, I was scared, scared to bite the bullet and actually do what I said I was going to do all these years. You know how sometimes we just talk shit. But for me, especially now, since Ive lost so much weight, I have a lot of excess loose skin that can only be removed with surgery."
Jennifer is also well aware of questions regarding her decision to have her husband perform the invasive procedure stating, "You may wonder how I can have my husband, someone so personal to me, do this invasive procedure. Its not about the cost. Thank God, I have the blessings to go to any doctor I want. And Ive talked about this with him thoroughly, and do you know what he tells me? 'No one will ever look after you, take the meticulous time necessary, and go above and beyond for you the way I will...' And hes right."

True to form, Jennifer shares more than a few hilarious clips as she shuffled her way to recovery in her glamorous home. The RHONJ beauty looked gorgeous makeup-free as she made her way to her in-home elevator (which she has never taken until now) to head upstairs and rest. "Day two! It's not so bad! Dr. Aydin is going to put me in the elevator," she says as she clutches her husband with each step, "cuz you know we bougie!"
Somehow, Jennifer is able to make even this painful moment so refreshingly funny. Her commitment to keeping it real is even evident in her caption. "Dont mind that weird hanging thing between my legs, thats just a catheter which is the best thing ever so I dont have to keep going to the bathroom every five minutes," she explains."Ive also realized that I have way too many light switches that I dont know where they go.My ass is also looking at little fat but it could be the layering I hope."
Luckily, Jennifer has a professional (her husband) on hand to help her with her recovery as she get's "snatched" as she put it in the video. "He is the best care taker!See the whole thing! The good, the bad, and the pee!" she exclaims.
