Studies have showed that doing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) burns fat WAY more effectively than traditional Cardio. But in the video below, we will mix "HIIT Cardio" with muscle building exercises. When you mix the to you get what we call "Super Human Interval Training" (or SHIT).
