(ThyBlackMan.com) We are in the middle of winter on our way to spring. Soon we will be looking for ways to get our body prepared for the summer turn up. However, some are looking to lose weight to improve energy, overall health, and to increase confidence. There are various methods on the market to lose weight. However, you should, if possible, start with a doctor visit to ensure your body is functioning as best as possible. This is a step that is often overlooked, but if you are challenged with illness or any unforeseeable situation that can make weight loss difficult.

As women many of us can agree that losing, and maintaining, weight is one of the most difficult things to do. So many things can cause the journey to goal to be daunting. When many of us look around us we see the body we wish we had in the presentation we long for. As we stand together for a healthier more fulfilled life consider these three things when trying to lose weight.

1. Unless there is a medical diagnosis you didnt put on the weight overnight. Be graceful with yourself. If you were encouraging another sister youd want her to realize she is taking the first step in working on her weight. However, she didnt put on the weight overnight so dont expect to lose it in the blink of an eye. It is important to have patience with yourself. Give yourself the same pep talk youd give someone else because you deserve the kindness while on this journey.

2. Consistency is vital to seeing results. While giving yourself the grace you give others know that you will have to give the program a chance to work. A lot of the things you see out here will work, but you must commit yourself to the process regardless of how you are feeling. There will times you wont feel like working out, stretching, and you wont feel like cooking. It is important to push through those spaces to create the routine that best works for you as you. Dont let anyone stop you from sowing this wellness into your life.

3. Perspective is everything. Be happy. You are working towards the health and body you want. That is already more than some. Your emotional space will have something to do with weight loss. Find a wat to mediate, pray, uplift yourself every time you begin to feel down about your weight. There are women that can attest that in their stages of happiness it can be hard to lose weight even when you are doing whats needed. Allow the shedding of weight to mean body fat, negativity, doubt, fear, and anything else you need to lose.

As someone that use to be over 350lbs I can attest to the fact that losing weight is no walk in the park. It requires movement but gives us energy. It will require disciplining and consistency, but this will not only yield results, but it will build character. Remember that, like peace, happiness is a matter of choice, its a wonderful thing to know you can take hold of happiness regardless of whats happening around you. Lets get fit and get these bodies moving.

Striking the right chord with keto – The Star Online

Posted: March 16, 2020 at 3:44 am

PETALING JAYA: It seemed an uphill task, but overweight musician Muhammad Helmi Shahuddin kept at overhauling his lifestyle and following a strict diet plan.

The result of his perseverance losing over 50kg and bidding adieu to diabetes and high blood pressure.

Having struggled with his weight for most of his life, the 33-year-old revealed that it was not until two years ago that he decided to turn his life around and reduce his over 120kg frame.

He adopted the keto diet and the one meal a day (OMAD) plan, a form of intermittent fasting stretching 22 hours daily with just a small window to eat.

Also known as the ketogenic diet, it involves a low-carb, high fat eating plan that drives the body into a state of ketosis, whereby the body uses fat as a primary fuel source instead of carbohydrates.

It started when I met a friend who lost a lot of weight and I asked what was his secret.

He told me about a weight loss expert called Dr Eric Berg who has these Youtube videos, which I started to look up, said Helmi.

After watching the videos, the guitarist was inspired to embark on his weight loss transformation.

I started to diet during Ramadan in 2018. I would only drink plain water for sahur (pre-dawn meal) then break fast by eating two pieces of beef patties, three eggs and some salad.

Ever since then, Ive been following the keto diet by eating high fats but no sugar and no carbs, said Helmi, who lives in Subang Jaya with his wife Yazrin Azrina Yunus, 33.

Following this, Helmi dropped to a much healthier weight, recording 71kg at his lowest.

When Helmi went to see his doctor, Dr Ng Siew Nee six months after his weight loss, she was impressed.

Last month, I was cleared of diabetes, high blood pressure and dirty urine, said Helmi, who now weighs 77kg, with muscles to show.

I go to the gym about three times a week and have started to take some carbs to build up muscles.

These days, Helmis menu includes five eggs daily plus beef or chicken breast and some vegetables. He also regularly fasts for 22 hours a day.

When I was trying to lose weight, I would fast for 16 to 17 hours only. But now Im used to a 22-hour fast.

I eat only once a day at 2pm. My body is used to it, he said.

Since losing weight, Helmi said he was now more confident and energetic when performing onstage.

Ive always been heavy. When I was 15, I weighed about 80kg.

People would make fun of me. People treat me differently now, said Helmi, who mostly performs in concerts and TV programmes.

He just finished a gig as a guitarist for Ramli Sarip and Ella at Istana Budaya and played in the house band for TV show Gegar Vaganza and Mentor Milenia.

Helmi, who has a music degree from UiTM Shah Alam, credited Dr Ng for motivating him to lose weight, saying: She is a one-in-a million doctor who is an excellent motivator.

My wife is also very proud of me that I managed to lose weight and become a healthier person.

Dr Ng said after seeing Helmis successful weight loss, she too began fasting and taking on a low-carb diet and shared it with her patients.

As its not yet very popular among mainstream medicine practitioners, Im trying my best to share it. Hopefully, more people will benefit, she said.

Mum weighing 110kg reveals 3 steps that led to 45kg weight loss | Photo – NEWS.com.au

Posted: March 16, 2020 at 3:44 am

Welcome to You Got This, news.com.aus weekly slice of fitness inspiration featuring tips and advice from real women whove experienced it all.

At 110kg, Sophie Roberts never thought she was capable of leading a healthy lifestyle until she stuck by three steps that would ultimately change her life.

The Sydney mum was overweight most of her life and after the birth of her first child in 2016, her motivation and confidence would plummet, with her weight also hitting an all-time high.

I was embarrassed of how I looked that I hated clothes shopping. I was afraid to go into shops that only stocked regular sized clothes, Ms Roberts told news.com.au.

I would never willingly be in a full length photo, and was a pro at taking high-angle selfies to try to disguise how big I really was.

In fact, the new mum had even refused to take photos of herself with her newborn baby at the time.

I spent so much money on take away food and avoided outdoor activities or anything active, she said.

Her diet consisted of oversized portions of curry, rice or spaghetti, unforgiving amounts of vegemite, ham and cheese toasties and also leftover dinner meals.

Serving sizes were my biggest downfall, she added.

Ms Roberts, previously a registered nurse, explained that she missed out on so much due to her unhealthy lifestyle and it wasnt until she refused to be sitting on the sidelines when everything changed.

I avoided going out clubbing with my friends when I was younger because I was worried that I wouldnt be let into the club because of my size, she said.

I also avoided people from my past because I didnt want them to see how big Id gotten.

The 31-year-old had also avoided swimming and going to the beach or places that involved more than 100m of walking because Id get puffed and sweaty.

I missed out on so much, Ms Roberts said.

TURNING POINT 3 STEPS TO MUMS 45KG WEIGHT LOSS

The moment Ms Roberts decided to turn her life around was when she wanted to lose weight and be fit, more than she wanted to continue her unhealthy lifestyle.

Its a lot easier than I ever thought, Ms Roberts said.

The mother-of-two went on to lose 45kg over three years and has since maintained her healthy lifestyle.

When she began her transformation with The Healthy Mummy she was consuming 2100 calories before dropping down to 1600 after achieving her desired weight of 62kg.

She said it comes down to three main steps calorie counting, consistency and planning.

The number one thing I found was counting calories and not restricting yourself to 1200 calories a day as it isnt sustainable, but having enough to fuel your body and having the nutrients to function.

She combined that with walking, light at-home exercises through the programs app and also training sessions at her local Fernwood gym.

Ms Roberts said consistency and planning ahead, which she does every Sunday, is also key to her success.

Its about making health and fitness a part of your lifestyle you cant be motivated every single day, but if you have those habits, they will carry you through until that motivation comes back.

You will find her sparing about 20 minutes at the end of each week to meal plan, budget and customise her groceries to accommodate to both her and her familys needs.

Just start. Make small changes, like just replace one meal a day with a healthier option and slowly build on those changes, Ms Roberts advised.

HOW SOPHIES 45KG TRANSFORMATION CHANGED HER LIFE

Ms Roberts said her whole perspective on life has changed.

I know how to make healthy choices most days and how to enjoy occasional treats and meals without feeling guilty, she said.

I feel so much more confident in myself. The clothes that I choose to wear, the places I go, even the way I interact with others.

But it wasnt an easy mental journey, Ms Roberts admitted.

Changing my mindset from feeling like I was missing out on the lifestyle that I had previously which was so damaging, and learning to appreciate all the things I am gaining from living a healthy life, she said about challenges during her transformation.

Ms Roberts continues to stick to her daily calorie allowance, which she says gives her body plenty of energy while maintaining a calorie deficit.

RELATED: Brisbane mum loses 55kg after being overweight most of her life

Thats the key to weight loss. Its science. I use the Healthy Mummy App to

track all my food, she said.

I exercise two to three times a week with a mix of cardio and weights. I love walking and interval running, and also HIIT to keep things interesting.

Today, when she looks in the mirror, she sees a strong woman who has worked hard to achieve her dreams, a woman who loves herself enough to make herself a priority.

Creating healthy habits are what will get you to your goal and beyond, Ms Roberts said. Youre not going to feel motivated every day, but if you have those habits in place, you can keep going through the motions and getting closer to your goals.

Be your own motivation. You can achieve whatever you want to.

Coronation Streets Colson Smith shows off huge weight loss as character Craig goes on a diet over police b – The Irish Sun

Posted: March 16, 2020 at 3:44 am

CORONATION Street's Colson Smith wowed fans with his weight loss as he dressed to impress at a swanky awards ceremony.

The 21-year-old soap star looked noticeably slimmer in a slick three-piece suit and trainers at the TRIC Awards in London.

His on-screen character Craig Tinker is dropping pounds after being bullied by his fellow police officers for poor fitness.

The actor's fans were full of praise for his new look, with one commenting on an Instagram post from the bash: "You look ace.!!"

Another wrote: "Well done, you look great xxx."

A third shared: "Amazing achievement .You look amazing Well done you xxxx."

In December Colson lost a stone a half after getting food poisoning on holiday in Thailand.

He ignored the advice of his soap friends Jack P Shepherd (David Platt) and Ben Price (Nick Tisley), who warned him not to eat some seafood.

7

7

7

But being on the beach, he decided to tuck in anyway - to dire consequences, as he was only able to eat one banana and three slices of toast for a whole week.

Speaking on his podcast Sofa Cinema Club - which he hosts with Jack, 31, and Ben, 47 - the star said: "I was in Ko Lanta. I was sat on the beach and the waiter came over and was like, 'What would you like?' And I said, 'I'll have the prawns to start please.'

"I had avoided seafood [on Ben's advice] but I was sat on the beach and I was like, 'How can you not have seafood on the beach?'

7

"Well, anyway. I'm not doing that again. I've lost about a stone and a half. In seven days I've had one banana and three slices of toast. I'm on the mend now."

This wasn't without warning, as his older castmates tried to warn him of the dangers before he visited.

Colson said: "Ben told me off because I only booked my flight three days before I went and then Ben said, 'Have you had the jabs?' And I was like, 'What jabs?' "

Ben added: "[Colson said], 'What jabs? I've taken some paracetamol, I'll be fine.'

"The second thing I mentioned was, 'Don't eat the seafood.' Because you've got to be a bit careful."

7

The three Corrie actors are firm friends outside of their life on the ITV soap.

Colson lived with Jack for a year in Manchester until January, where Jack moved in with his girlfriend.

So Colson swapped him for his on-screen half-brother and moved in with Ben instead.

Jack previously mentioned how much he helps Colson around the house, saying: "I live with Colson - and that's a challenge.

"I have to teach him about life and things, and I do his washing."

X Factor star Lucy Spraggan shows off incredible weight loss transformation as she hits back at trolls – OK! magazine

Posted: March 16, 2020 at 3:44 am

X Factor star Lucy Spraggan has hit back at trolls as she showcased her incredible weight loss transformation.

The singer, who shot to fame back in 2012 on the singing competition, hit back after receiving negative comments about her taste in clothing as she revealed her dramatic weight loss.

Taking to Twitter, Lucy, 28, shared a photo of herself showing off how big her trousers are as she stretched them out while sporting a crisp white shirt.

But one fan, who Lucy replied to, hit out: You dress like a 50yrs old lawyer whos due in court youre only young but your dress sense is terrible, youve done so well in getting yourself healthy but why change what you wear, youve changed to much of yourself. Surely your old taste in clothing was more real?!

Lucy then hit back at the remarks, writing: You think I wear bespoke suits every day? Even if I did, why the f**k would it have anything to do with you?

Ive been working with King and Allen since I was a porker, love. I have no idea why losing weight has encouraged people to make open comments about me. Stop it.

Lucy appeared on Lorraine last year where she discussed her weight loss as revealed exactly how she shed the weight.

While showing off before and after photos of herself, Lucy revealed how she had slimed down by cutting out the three Bs in her diet - beer, biscuits and bread.

Lucy said: The three B's I had to knock them on the head. I had been in a bad place for a long time, I've been very open about that... I looked at pictures before and physically I was in a bad place."

The singer then joked that she was surprised that no one had told her that she looked awful.

Earlier this year the musician revealed she had lost a whopping two stone, telling Guilty Pleasures: I have lost over 2st in weight by cutting the three Bs Beer, bread and biscuits.

Ive got a personal trainer, dyed my hair, straightened my teeth and my confidence has soared.

Ive turned a corner in my life and I dont really give a f**k anymore, and that comes across in how I look."

Four things you need to know about TB this TB Awareness Month – Fourways Review

Posted: March 14, 2020 at 6:45 pm

Thandeka Kubheka, a TB auxiliary nurse at Witkoppen Clinic, explains the symptoms that people with TB suffer from.

What are the symptoms?

Mlotshwa explained that he and his colleagues have been trained to look out for four main identifying symptoms of the illness:

Coughing for two weeks, or for any duration if you have a compromised immune system (such as someone with HIV)

An unexplained loss of weight.

A persistent fever that youve had for over two weeks and cannot explain

Sweating, especially at night

Juddy Kwetsi, a TB auxiliary nurse at Witkoppen Clinic, holds up some of the medication used to treat the illness. What medication is prescribed depends on the patients weight and what other health issues they may have.Photo: Robyn Kirk

Other related symptoms to watch out for are a loss of appetite, weakness and fatigue. At the clinic, we routinely screen for TB and well ask questions about these four symptoms. We then take a specimen sample from the patient [of sputum, basically a mixture of spit and mucus coughed up by the patient into a specimen jar] and send it to the lab, where theyll test it for the presence of the bacteria.

Lawrence Mlotshwa, the head of Witkoppen Clinics TB department, told the Fourways Review that about 55 patients who had visited the clinic between January and early March this year have been diagnosed with TB. Photo: Robyn Kirk

Witkoppen Clinic has a special section on site, closed off and with hygiene facilities named Bekezela, where patients being screened can safely provide a sputum sample without risking the infection of others. Once the sample is donated, a TB assistant will label the sample with the patients information and send it through to the lab for testing.

Semile Nhlongo of the Witkoppen Clinic accepts a specimen from a clinic patient, which she will label with the correct patient information and send through to the lab in order to determine if this patient has TB. Photo: Robyn Kirk

How is TB treated?

Here at Witkoppen Clinic, we treat patients holistically, so the treatment for TB would be different for, say, someone who is also HIV positive or other health issues, Mlotshwa explained. We treat TB with medication and the regiment has two phases. The intensive phase lasts for two months and we give them medication with four agents to fight off the bacteria. Then its the continuation phase, where we continue to treat the patient with two agents for between three to six months.

The doses for each patient is based on their weight and it is vitally important to finish your course of treatment even if you start to feel better after only a few months. We strictly advise patients that they mustnt stop early, as, if they are not completely cured, the TB will come back stronger, which is how you end up with drug-resistant TB.

These male weight loss heroes prove that Slimming World isn’t just for women – Cornwall Live

Posted: March 14, 2020 at 6:44 pm

Weight loss groups are no longer occupied solely by women - over the past few years men have also been discovering the slimming secrets to success.

In fact, three men in Cornwall have spoken out to urge others to head along to their local Slimming World meeting.

Paul Mills said he was pushed to make changes to his life after a family holiday and has lost 8s 10lbs so far.

He said: "The final straw was a family holiday and generally feeling very unhealthy. Capped off by young nephew pointing out my big belly. We made a decision to join Slimming World when we got back.

"We find food optimising very easy with no real problems. My favourite meal is miso baked salmon with sweet potato wedges and steamed vegetables.

"We are much more active and swim regularly as well as use the exercise bike; our level of fitness has improved and we both feel much better. I can fit in clothes I have not worn for a long time and the best bonus so far was not having to use the extender belt on a plane.

"My family and friends reaction has been a massive boost and this has all been achieved with the fantastic support given by members in my group and my consultant Hayley."

Ian (pictured above) is also celebrating his success and got off to a great start - with a loss of 4.5lbs in week one.

He said: "I had previously tried to lose weight with Slimming World online, but lost focus and started to struggle. Members from Chrissys Monday group in Truro encouraged me to give the group a try.

"I went along with a family member and got off to a flying start, losing 4.5lbs in my first week. Making the subtle changes to how I shop, cook and eat has been easy to do. Free food is fantastic, there is so much you can enjoy, including curry and steak with all the trimmings."

Ian continued: "The changes that I have incorporated with food and activity have attracted lots of positive comments from my friends and family and this has really spurred me on.

"In group, the fun, learning, motivation and support from fellow members and consultant Chrissy has helped me to reach my target weight, having lost three stone in three months. I have really enjoyed it too.

"I feel really positive and chuffed that I have some great awards under my belt, which itself has moved a few notches. Hopefully others might be inspired by my journey and take steps to do the same, they wont regret it."

Brian, who attends a group in Portreath, said: "I was told that as time goes on, I could end up in a wheelchair, or would need two new knees.

"The option was to lose weight, get fit and put off the operation for as long as possible.

"Secret is to not beat yourself up along the way and have fun... Yes group is fun."

Iceland do a range of Slimming World foods and is currently offering a free six pack of Muller Light yoghurts (worth 3) with three selected meals or meats.

They do meals, meats, vegetarian, chips, sauces and soups.

The range includes jackfruit chilli, sausage pasta, meatballs, diet Cola chicken, quarter pounders, vegan cottage pie, ginger chicken noodles and lasagne.

Buy them here

Louise, who runs groups in Indian Queens and St Columb, said: "With the rise of trendy fad diets, people are often seduced by the promise of fast weight losses and take quick-fix routes to lose weight.

"However, these methods of weight loss arent sustainable after all, who wants to feel hungry all the time or give up their favourite foods indefinitely? Especially when that so often means that by February New Years resolutions are a distant memory.

"The fact is, theres no magic pill when it comes to weight loss and the best weight-loss plan is the one you can stick to.

"Our members lose weight by making small changes to the way they shop, cook and eat and filling up on free food foods that are low in calories but satisfying like pasta, lean meat, fruit, veg, potatoes and more so they dont have to go hungry or give up their favourite meals.

"We encourage members to gradually become more active and we provide great support along the way.

"Members develop healthy habits that they can keep up for life, so they can not only reach their target weight but stay there forever."

Here are Louises top tips:

It is a huge misconception to think that you have to make dramatic changes and survive on lettuce leaves and carrot sticks in order to lose weight.

Members are encouraged to make small and simple swaps like switching from oil to low-calorie cooking spray and full-fat butter to low-fat spread, and swapping white bread for wholemeal bread.

Losing weight is much easier when you get in the habit of planning your meals for the week.

If you're going to be stuck at home for a while and are avoiding the gym, you may feel hopeless without the gym equipment you are used to to get in a good full-body sweat. Unless you're sitting pretty on a garage or basement home gym deal, most of us don't have room for a treadmill or a Peloton bike. I mean, most of us (I raise my hand slowly) don't even have room for free weights. And while bodyweight workouts are effective, if you're looking to fast-track muscle gain and weight loss, weightlifting is hard to beat.

You can, in fact, do resistance training without actual weights - you just have to get a little creative about it. POPSUGAR asked for at-home weightlifting tips from Joe Bach, ACE, founder and CEO of the fitness brand Bach, whose trainers often make house calls on clients for home workouts. His recommended adaptations for classic weightlifting moves are perfect for when you don't have any actual weights to lift, whether you're traveling or working out in your own living room.

Bicep curls: Curl cans of food, jugs of milk, or a big bag of dog food

Weighted squats or lunges: Hold a bag of laundry, a 5-gallon water jug (filled according to your strength), or a full reusable grocery bag to add weight to your squat.

Overhead presses: Do overhead shoulder presses by holding on firmly to two cans of food or a couple of jugs of milk or bottles of water (filled according to your strength).

Triceps kickbacks: Grab a couple of cans of food or filled water bottles, which feel almost the same as weights when you're doing triceps kickbacks.

Bulgarian split squats: Hold your water bottles or cans of food in two hands and place your back foot on a coffee table or low chair to work your glutes with this move.

Have a couple resistance bands? You don't need them to get a good home workout, but they open up a whole new range of possibilities and are a lot easier to store and pack than free weights. (Try these Fit Simplify Resistance Bands ($11) from Amazon to start.) You could even use large, sturdy rubber bands instead, but be careful that they don't break and snap back on you. Joe recommended a couple of easy exercises you can complete at home with a resistance band, and here are four bonus moves you can also add to your routine.

Shoulder presses or bicep curls: Stand and step on the end a resistance band with one foot. Hold the other end in one hand, bring it to your shoulder to do a bicep curl, or press it upward for an overhead press shoulder exercise.

Chest presses or back rows: Wrap your resistance band around a full water bottle. Set the water bottle outside a door and shut the door so that it holds the water bottle in place. Use that anchor to do chest presses or rows for your back muscles.

Disc sliders are another cheap at-home workout investment - this six-pack of Inmaker Exercise Sliders ($10) is available on Amazon Prime - but you can also replace them with towels or soft socks on a hardwood floor, or paper plates on carpet, to work on balance, strength, and control. Joe recommended reverse lunges and mountain climbers, and if you're feeling creative, here are four other moves to try out.

Substituting your weights and working out at home isn't any more dangerous than working out at the gym, Joe said, but you should still be aware of your space and its limitations as well as your own. "Be careful of slippery surfaces, and make sure you're nourished so you don't fall and hit your head on something," Joe said. "There may be no one else around, like in a gym, if you pass out or feel ill."

Beyond that, go for it. "Crank up the music, turn off the TV, get off your phone, and set a timer. Get that workout done in 20 or 25 minutes," Joe told POPSUGAR. "That's the best part about a home workout: the convenience and saving time."

I Turned to Bodybuilding and Healthy Eating to Cope After My Father’s Death – Men’s Health

Posted: March 14, 2020 at 6:44 pm

Prior to leaving the Army in 2001, I was diagnosed with asthma and ligament damage from knee surgery. After I was honorably discharged, I used those medical conditions as an excuse not to exercise and began to gain a lot of weight. I went from a lean 185 pounds to 250 pounds. I had little energy and motivation to work out and eat healthily. I worked as a field technician back then and ate fast food every day. I did not exercise at all.

The weight gain definitely affected my mood and social interactions. I was very self-conscious of how I dressed and even wore t-shirts to the beach and pool. I was truly in a depressed state.

I decided to lose weight after my father died in 2005, but it took me until 2010 to fully commit. In 2010, I moved from Michigan to Colorado, and that move provided me the environment and support I needed to make a fitness change for the better. I set a goal of losing 20 pounds in three months. I shook off the depression of losing my dad, and began to eat healthier and exercise.

For my diet, I swapped out fast food for home-cooked meals. I incorporated a higher protein diet designating about 50 percent of my calories to protein, 30 percent to fat and 20 percent to carbohydrates. This diet allowed me to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. It was definitely hard in the beginning, but like with any new habit, once you do it for a while, it becomes more of the norm. There were days I struggledand I still strugglewith cravings, but I simply go to my crave curbing foods, like fruits, to get me through.

I had to learn how to cook healthy meals, like lean meat. Now, Ive learned to prepare all my meals on the weekend, making my week easier to handle.

I began to lift weights and do cardio five to six times per week. I first started working out at the gym at my jobit was similar to a hotel gym. Eventually, I outgrew that gym since the dumbbells only went up to 50 pounds. I tracked my food and workouts in the Lose It! app. I even incorporated workouts I found in Men Health magazine and on Menshealth.com

Between Aug 2010 and Aug 2011, I lost over 40 pounds. I did activities that Ive never done before, like going to the gym regularly and participating in numerous 5k races, 10k races, and even a half marathon.

However, I loved weight training the most. In 2013, at the recommendation of friends and fellow gym-goers, I competed in my first Natural Muscle Bodybuilding Showand won! I have since won 12 physique or bodybuilding shows and even won a Natural World Muscle Model Title in 2017.

The lessons I learned in the gym, and in my workouts, I have applied to my career in corporate America. Many know of my transformation and it has sparked others to change their health and fitness. I do my best to support and encourage people to live a fit lifestyle. Living a fit lifestyle not only positively impacts the person, but positively impacts everyone around them too. I teach people that there is no magic formula to building a better body. Its more about finding what works for you and being consistent with exercise and a proper diet over time.
