The 30-year-old flaunted his seriously fit body on Instagram Monday night, and fans are loving his transformation from chubby child star to buff waiter?
He said, "What do you guys think of this look? Getting ready for a big night coming up, plus I'll be able to wear this when I eventually become a waiter."

The guy's got a sense of humor!

The television star rose to fame as Josh Nichols on the Nickelodeon live-action sitcom, Drake and Josh alongside his real life best friend, Drake Bell, 30, from 2004 to 2007.
While on air, fans noticed that Josh started to seriously slim down.
In 2006, he said, "I made a conscious effort to lose weight because I knew I could be happier as well as being healthier."

He added, "I started by going on a diet and I got a personal trainer, but I definitely have a healthier lifestyle now."
Since his Drake and Josh days, Josh went on to have a successful post-Nickelodeon career. After appearing in a line of independent movies, Peck performed as the lead in Foxs comedy Grandfathered, which aired from 2015-2016.
He was also nominated for a 2016 People's Choice Award for Favorite Actor In A New TV Series.

The One Thing You Should NOT Consider On Your Weight Loss Journey! – HuffPost

Normally Id pose a question at this point, but I just saw something on the news about weight loss that really pissed me off, so today, were going to have a nice heart-to-heart about why you should NEVER, under any circumstances, consider a certain weight loss strategy
Its a cool, misty day here on Long Island, and I write this to you from my parents home. Every Tuesday and Friday, I visit my hometown of Port Washington, and work with my grandmother on rehab from hip replacement surgery last summer, and my dad on improving his strength, tone and overall cardiovascular health. Since I had a softball game in the same town last night, I decided to save myself the 35 minute trip home when I had an early client and then my familial obligations in the morning, so I stayed overnight.
I was making food before, and my parents had the Today Show on in the background. The term weight loss was stated on the television, and I figured Id turn around and watch the segment. While my food was burning, one of the co-anchors was interviewing a surgeon who was discussing a non-scarring surgical procedure to shrink your stomach, and thus, help you to lose weight for the rest of your life
Of course, there would be a two week recovery period necessitating a liquid diet, after which you must eat extremely small portions or else risk rupturing whatever stomach shrinkage had occurred, but the results over time are, in his words, phenomenal!
Oh boy Im getting pissed again just thinking about it.
Heres the dillyo: I dont care if you have 20 lbs to lose, or 100+ lbs to lose. It doesnt matter if youre in a place where you can run a 5K tomorrow, or you can barely walk around the block today. What matters is that this, like so many other quick-fix, bullshit diet plans, workout programs, etc. offers just thatA quick fix!
Of course, after a procedure like this, your life is altered forever! Eat a portion too large, and you risk undoing the whole thing. These procedures buy into the smoke-and-mirrors show that is calorie counting and portion control.
I remember I once spoke to another weight loss specialist about this very issue. He made the following statement in defense of calorie counting, If youre stranded on a desert island, and food is scarce, youre definitely going to lose weight!
Well, duh Concentration camp residents went through the same thing during the Holocaust! That certainly doesnt mean that their weight loss was either healthy or sustainable
Our bodies have very specific biological processes. We metabolize different macronutrients (the fats, proteins and carbs of the world) DIFFERENTLY! 1,200 calories of carbs doesnt impact us the same way 1,200 calories of protein does, which still doesnt impact us the same way as 1,200 calories of fat.
AND, if we deprive our bodies of an adequate amount of food for too long (as is what often happens to folks who count calories or points, or just minimize their portions), our bodies go into a starvation mode, where from that point forward, EVERYTHING we eat, good, bad or indifferent, will be STORED AS FAT!
Ive had clients in the past who had had some sort of weight loss surgery, and STILL gained the weight back. Months of agony recovering, a forced minimalist diet, and thousands of dollars WASTED.. For what?
Because they didnt want to do the work themselves
Heres a realization that I hope everyone can agree on: If you have a significant amount of weight to lose, and youre a candidate for weight loss surgery, it took a significant amount of time and (lets face it) NEGLECT in order to get to that point. Whatever positive energy you had was put into other areas of your life, but as a result, your health suffered.
This isnt sexy, but if it took time to gain all the weight, its going to take time to lose it. The healthiest range for weekly weight loss is anywhere from 13 lbs. So, if you have a 2 lb per week weight loss goal, and you have 100 lbs to lose, it should take about a year to get there if you stay on track the whole time.
Trying to lose that much weight in a SHORTER amount of time can result in extra skin, stretch marks, and a whole lot of stress on your heart and vital organs from your body not being able to gradually transform and adapt to a newer, healthier you
Of course, success doesnt happen in a straight lineThere will be bumps in the road, but whats most important is that you establish consistency. Keep as much data as possible, too! This includes body measurements, body fat percentage (if you have access to calipers) and progress photos.
Also, consider some of the changes youll experience by doing things the RIGHT way: Heightened moods, more energy, reduction of aches and pains The number of benefits is literally ENDLESS!
Moral of the Story: If youve considered weight loss surgery in the past, or youre considering it now, PLEASE RECONSIDER!!! Save yourself the money and the restrictions, and just make a few simple tweaks. It may take a while, but if this is something you really want, theres a BETTER, HEALTHIER way of reaching your goals.

BILLERICA -- Maybelle the pig kept seeing dog food in front of her.
As animals typically do, she kept eating the food packed with fat and calories.
And eating.
Combined with a stationary lifestyle in Billerica, Maybelle ballooned close to an obese 200 pounds ... about 80 pounds overweight.
"She didn't get outside much," said Michael DeFina, commun cations and media relations officer with the Animal Rescue League of Boston. "She was just eating."
A few months ago, Billerica's Animal Control division followed up on a complaint at 10 Roosevelt Road in Billerica.
Officers ended up removing the pot-bellied pig because of overfeeding health concerns and potential animal cruelty.
For the last six weeks, Maybelle has been staying at the Animal Rescue League of Boston's Dedham branch. DeFina estimates that it will take 9 to 12 months to bring Maybelle down to an ideal weight of 120 pounds.
Maybelle has a very difficult time moving around, he said.
"We want her to be a normal functioning animal again," he said.
They're feeding her small meals of vegetable six times a day to lower her calorie intake. The goal is to lose weight "consistently and safely," DeFina said.
Officers will measure her midsection to monitor how many inches she's losing.
The Animal Rescue League typically doesn't receive pigs this obese.
"The vet staff had to do some research on this one," DeFina said.
"We're confident that once she loses the weight and is rehabbed, she won't have any problems getting adopted," he added. "Pigs are incredibly smart, friendly and do make great pets."
The Billerica Animal Control division is investigating, said Deputy Police Chief Roy Frost. Criminal charges are possible.
Attempts to reach the owner of the home on Tuesday were not successful. The Sun could not confirm whether the listed owner of the home is the owner of the pig.
DeFina said overfeeding is an "act of animal cruelty in our eyes."
"Pet owners are responsible for nutrition," he added.

CHARLOTTE BURGESS was shamed into losing weight after posting a mortifying holiday snap on Facebook.

After being tagged in a less-than-flattering photo, Charlotte Burgess lost an impressive 7st in just 10 months.
The photo, taken of her wearing a swimming costume, reduced Charlotte to tears and she demanded her boyfriend Danny delete it from Facebook.
This prompted the mother-of-one to go from 18st and a UK size 22 to 11st and a UK size 10.
The 25-year-old said: Ive never looked or felt better, and in building my self-esteem I have saved my relationship.

Charlottes weight gain began when she became pregnant in 2015 and in just four months she had piled on 3st.
This meant Charlotte had to be induced and have her son early as she was too obese to carry him full-term.
I was anxious because we have a history of miscarriage in the family. I told myself it was good to eat for two, but I was eating for four at least, Charlotte admitted.
I was too tired to cook after work so I always got a takeaway and Danny would come home with a large bar of chocolate to make me smile.
My midwife told me I was now clinically obese. I was ashamed but I just ate more to feel better.
My blood pressure and blood sugar was through the roof.

By 37 weeks, Charlotte was 18st 5st heavier than she was at the start of her pregnancy.
The baby, Harley, was a healthy 8lb when born, and even after birth Charlotte fell into a vicious cycle of takeaways and convenience food from being too tired to cook while looking after a newborn.
This caused Charlotte to shy away from mothers groups because of her weight, and her and Danny didnt have sex for five months after the baby was born.

After Charlotte saw the photo on Facebook, this was the motivation she needed to change and she signed up to the Cambridge Weight Plan.
Within five weeks, she was down 2st: I knew it was so important to get Harley on healthy foods from the start so while I was steaming broccoli for me I was pureeing it for Harley.
Finally I felt like a good mum leading by example.
