Not a solution, but a new and interesting concept to create a demand on Lionfish* heads and improve the nutritional diet of the friendly Southern Stingrays that live at the Sandbar and Stingray City in the Cayman Islands. *Lionfish are an invasive species in the Cayman Islands and are causing havoc on the reefs throughout the Caribbean.
