Cheat Days / Cheat Meals - Bad Idea?
Like / Share / Subscribe! It #39;s all greatly appreciated! Cheat Day vs. Cheat Meal - Are they slowing down your progress? *****Keep in mind, cheat days / cheat meals are NOT to be confused with refeeds when dieting which can be beneficial when done properly! How many cheat meals do you eat, or how often do you have a cheat day? I get this question very often. Many people like to go out and enjoy their "cheat meal" or "cheat day" but afterwards they struggle with a feeling of guilt because they ate something outside of their diet plan. This is why I advocate flexible dieting or IIFYM (if it fits your macros). A lot of people, both men and women included find it difficult to stray away from their diet after putting in so much hard work and when they get the opportunity to try and enjoy a certain food they have been restricting themselves from or neglecting to eat, it comes with a feeling of guilt. Let me know you take on it!
