07-02-2012 09:47 Exercises to lose weight fast: Lolo brings you her first "exercise of the day" exercise video in which she shows you a simple workout to flatten your stomach, lose your love handles and reduce your waist size. No need to go to the gym, workout at home. All you need is a medicine ball or any exercise ball that you can use to work out with. To lose weight we all need to burn off more calories than than we eat. Healthy adults should do at least 30 minutes 5 times per week of moderate intensity exercise. There is no one best exercise to lose weight but you do need to workout regularly. In this series of videos Lolo will be showing you a whole range of exercises that you can add to your exercise routine to make sure you keep it varied and keep it up. And the best thing is that you can do all of these as part of a home workout using just a few cheap pieces of equipment. Always make sure that you consult a doctor before starting an exercise program. Make sure that you warm up before you start and have water on hand to combat dehydration. Lolo's stomach and waist workout: Sit up straight, with your knees slightly bent. Hold the medicine ball in your hands and turn with the medicine ball to the left and then to the right. Continue with this for as many reps as you can. Make sure to keep you head and back straight, and your abs and tummy tight. Ensure you are using the full range of motion.
