John Torode and Gregg Wallace will present Celebrity MasterChef tonight.
On BBC One at 8:30pm three celebs will battle it out in the final of the 2019 series.
This years finalists are Greg Rutherford, Neil Ruddock and Vicky Pattison.
Fans may have noticed Gregg and Johns diminishing frames. How did they lose weight?
Gregg told The Sun he cut out various unhealthy foods, including fried food and sugar. He also stopped drinking alcohol. The chef revamped his favourite recipes, creating healthy versions.
He said: Dont cut out things you like - it will just make you miserable.
Im a huge fan of curries, chillies and stews and it is still possible to lose weight and eat hearty meals.
Think about cooking with meats such as chicken and pork all the things that dont have much fat.
Use lean mince to make chillies, fill up with tasty stews stuffed full of healthy, low-calorie veg.
John, who lost three stone, appeared on GMTV in 2010 discussing his weight.
He said: I feel brilliant, actually. It happened nearly 18 months ago now.
It's about three stone and I feel great for it. I cycle everywhere, I eat different.
"The big secret, which somebody told me is the thing that all people who are very, very overweight have in common, is that they don't eat breakfast.
I now eat breakfast and make the point of sitting down with my children, eating breakfast and starting the day well."
Celebrity chef Nigella Lawsons weight loss has also impressed her numerous fans.
Nigella lost 1.8 stone in recent years, despite being famous for her indulgent cake recipes.
She claimed her age was inspiring her to eat better, to remain in better health.
As you get on in life, you value feeling well as opposed to looking well, the London-born chef and daughter of Conservative MP Nigel Lawson said.
I do yoga three times a week. I have to do something I enjoy, otherwise I wouldnt do it.
