Kettlebell Thrusters
My name is Sam Tonner, I have been a personal trainer in the Bloomington/Normal area for the last 2 years. This video demonstrates proper form on a lift called a kettlebell thruster. Some people may also call this a squat to press. Thrusters utilize the entire body to complete each lift by combining a front squat and an overhead press in one smooth motion. When performed correctly, significant power, strength, and stamina gains will occur as well as substantial weight loss.
