Kristin Cavallari has credited her post-pregnancy weight loss to breastfeeding her son.
The former Hills star and fiance Jay Cutler welcomed son Camden Jack in August. He is the first child for both.
Cavallari revealed that nursing the baby has allowed her to shed pounds more quickly than diet or exercise alone.
"I honestly can say I owe it all to breastfeeding," she explained to People.
"I read somewhere that it's like running six miles a day. I know nursing is difficult for a lot of mums, so it's easier said than done. I eat healthy in general and I'm taking it easy in the gym and working out three to four days a week."
However, Cavallari went on to say that she has a bit more she'd still like to change about her body, adding: "I do want to tone up my stomach a little bit more. Trust me, if you saw me I'm not ready for a bikini, let's just put it that way. I'm close, but I haven't [lost all the weight]."
Cavallari recently confessed that she is already ready to have another baby.
