My 6 month weight loss challenge Fat to Fit. My X-Fat Program Day4
Day 4 I went to Mawson Lakes and did a walk around one of the lakes. I didn #39;t know how long a lap of the lake was when I started but when I got about half way around there was a marker saying that the lap was 4km.. so today on a warm sunny day with a nice breeze I walked 4km. Tomorrow I #39;m off to the All British Car show.. so once again I will be walking a few kms. If you #39;re extremely out of shape like I am, dont over do it from the start but do SOMETHING.... EVERY.... DAY in the way of walking or riding... in week 2 I will add a few basic exercises like pushups every second day, nice easy ones to get started so that I #39;m not in too much pain the next day. Over doing it is the major thing that stops people when they start exercising. You wake up in agony on day 2 and 3 and 4 and you might even still feel the pain on day 5 and by then you haven #39;t exercised again and you stop all together. Do the reverse, do a little bit every day but make sure you do it. Do it for 2 weeks and your body will start to get addicted to exercising and it will be much easier to get on your way to the healthier you that you want... Im in very bad shape but in 6 months time I wont be. Join in and start yourself, follow what I do and I promise you, you wont regret it.
