DAY 1: New Year, New Workout: Day 1 of 7-day weight loss plan to drop a dress size

The workout keeps your heart rate up and thus is great for your cardiovascular health. It also helps you burn more fat in less time.

Remember- In this workout, you should try to do maximum repetitions with 30 seconds of rest between two sets.- If you do not work out regularly, perform the exercise under an experts supervision.
