LIWM - Weight Loss/ Fitness Journey: Day One
I #39;ve decided to get my fitness and weight back in check! I #39;ve already been at it for a while and have reduced a lot of bloating. I hope to lose the last few inches in my lower stomach, slim down my love handles, and tone up my legs, abs, and arms! I have a LONG and complicated history with diet and exercise, but for now, let #39;s just focus on watching the results and none of the drama 🙂 . Follow along as I get in shape and lose weight the healthy way 🙂
