Quick Ab Workout
Exercises: 12 - 15 Reps Each 30 seconds for Bicycle kicks 30 seconds of each plank position. This workout, along with a clean diet, will develop your abs and build strength. I recommend warming up and getting your heart rate going more than what appeared in the video. One of hopefully many Workout routines to come in the future, so look forward to better and better videos.
