Using a cable, this resistance exercise strengthens your legs, butt, abs and arms - all in one exercise - which is also an effective way to lose weight! Start position: Start in a lunge position, holding onto a band that #39;s tied in front of you at ankle height. The further you stand back from the band, the more resistance you #39;ll create. Movement: Lower into a lunge, with the arm holding the band out stretched in front of you. As you rise up out of the lunge, perform a pulling row movement, turning your hips as you pull backwards.
