Just 10 months ago, Doug was overweight, tired, and perpetually sick as a result of unhealthy habits like smoking, drinking and the "Standard American Diet". But after quitting smoking and drinking alcohol and coffee, and starting a vegan diet consisting almost entirely of fresh fruits and vegetables, and with daily exercise, Doug #39;s life has completely changed.
