SISTER Wives star Meri Brown showed off her new hair and weight loss after she ditched her family to travel amid her marital issues with husband Kody.
Meri, 49, posted a selfie of her haircut and weight loss after she revealed she has been working with a personal trainer.

Kodys first wife continued to spark split rumors with the post, as she insisted she doesnt need anyone in the caption of the photo.
The lengthy caption began: For as long as I can remember, I've been a t-shirt and jeans kinda gal. I feel my most comfortable in them, not too showy or flashy, can dress it up a little with heels and a fancy necklace, or work out in the yard with sneakers and cut offs. It's been my thing. But the world says I should improve my style.
The world says I should wear a dress. The world says I should wear lipstick. But I say, I'll do what 'I' want. If I want to wear jeans and a t-shirt all day every day, I will. If I want to wear a skirt and t-shirt with sneakers, I will. If I want to dress up for a night out, I will. If I want to wear lipstick, well, that will just never happen, be assured!
She then wrote that she doesnt need anyone but her to tell her what she should do.

Meri continued: I don't need anyone but ME to tell me how to dress in the morning, or how do do my hair, or heaven help me, how to do my eyebrows! I'm a woman who has lived on this earth for nearly 50 years, and I'm not afraid to say it. I've raised a daughter. I've had ups and downs. I've had crazy and amazing life experiences.
I've loved and been loved. I've felt pain and caused others pain. I've felt comforted and hopefully have been a comforter. Point is, I've LIVED. These experiences have shaped and formed me. And I'm not finished yet!
She ended the caption with: Find your style and be confident in it! Find your cause and fight for it! Find your passion and create it! YOU matter. YOU are amazing. YOU can conquer that goal. YOU can feel confident in your own skin. YOU can do hard things. YOU can do ALL the things! You got this!!

The snap comes after Meri revealed she has been working with a personal trainer.

However, she did not disclose where she is going.
Meri reunited with the family over the weekend for third wife Christines daughter Gwendlyns graduation.
The potential breakup makeover, revenge body and trip comes after fans suspected Meri left Kody after 30 years of marriage.
Meri sparked rumors when she posted without her wedding ring and shared cryptic quotes.

Kody and Meris marriage has been on the rocks for years.

In 2014, Kody, 51, divorced her to marry fourth and "favorite" wife Robyn, 41, which Meri cried over on the most recent season.

On the most recent Sister Wives season, Meri admitted theirmarriage has been pretty rocky for a while,while Kody regretted their relationship.
Kody, who is also married to Janelle, 50, Christine, 48, explained on an episode: I feel like I was deceived into a relationship that was very different than what I expected. Meri and I had a fast courtship with a lot of expectations and a lot of not communicating.
Meri added: The relationship he and I had,its dead, its gone, its over.
