He explained about the co-relation between Vitamin D production and metabolism of a human body. He spoke on topics like, what affects Vit D synthesis in skin, how much exposure to sun is sufficient, how to overcome Vit D deficiency, ideal body weight, how to reduce weight, healthy food, intermittent fasting, exercises etc.
