The turning point: There were several red flags, I did not pay any attention to before. From being breathless after climbing a flight of stairs to getting tired easily, I was battling all the typical signs of being overweight. However, what really got me in action were the unsolicited comments and body shaming. My workout: My workout routine is completely balanced. I make it a point to do both hardcore cardio and weight training.

Fitness secrets I unveiled: No matter what happens, I ensure that I work out for at least an hour daily. Also, as I mentioned before, balance is everything. So make sure that everything right from your workout to your diet is balanced.
How do I stay motivated? I am a fitness addict and I really like working out. This in itself is enough to keep me motivated to keep going.
How do you ensure you dont lose focus? Since I immensely enjoy working out, I keep on looking for new and innovative ways to burn calories and stay in shape. It really helps me stay focused.
Whats the most difficult part of being overweight? While there were a lot of things which made my life really difficult, the inability to climb a flight of staircase without losing my breath definitely topped it. I realised that I needed to work hard to shed those extra kilos.
