How do you ensure you dont lose focus? I make it a point to check my weight regularly and keep a record of the same. Seeing your body transform right in front of your eyes was inspiring enough to keep me focused
Whats the most difficult part of being overweight? There came a point when I wasnt able to wear the desired clothes of my choice as my size was increasing with every passing day. It became really difficult to get clothes which fit me. As a result, I had to compromise on what I wore.
What shape do you see yourself 10 years down the line? I want to become the best version of myself, both physically and mentally.
